Reviews on InkMural are collected and published through Judge.me, an independent review platform.
Who can write a review
- Customers. After a purchase, we send an email asking for a review of the posters you bought. These reviews are matched to a real order and marked Verified.
- Store visitors. Anyone can also write a review on a product page after confirming their email address. These reviews are not linked to an order and do not carry the Verified badge.
Our promise
- We never write, buy or invent reviews, and we don't edit what reviewers say.
- We don't remove reviews because they are critical. We only remove reviews that are spam, offensive or not about our products.
- We don't pay for reviews. If a reviewer received a poster for free, the review says so.
