Delivery policy

All InkMural products are digital downloads. Nothing physical is shipped, and there are no shipping fees.

How you get your files

After your payment is confirmed, you receive an email with a download link. The link is also shown on the order confirmation page.
Delivery is normally within a few minutes.
If you cannot find the email, check your spam or promotions folder.
If it still has not arrived after a short while, email us at help@inkmural.com with your order number and we will send your files again.

What you receive

Each poster is a print-ready A3 PDF (297 × 420 mm) that scales cleanly to A4. Poster bundles are a single PDF with one A3 page per poster. Frames and printed copies are not included.
